    2024

    Strategic Expansion & Technological Integration

    In 2024, S. D. Plastoware Private Limited was formed, marking a shift into the dairy packaging industry by integrating advanced German technology. This launch established facilities for blow molding, injection-molded, and thermoforming, raising production capacity to 15,000 MT per annum through multi-station forming and PP extrusion lines.

    Building on this, the company introduced Japanese automation—including 25 robotic injection molding machines with in-mold labeling—and acquired land for a 4X capacity expansion. These advancements have since increased total capacity to 18,000 MT per annum, setting new benchmarks in production excellence.

    Global Technology Integration

    German Engineering in Production

    Commissioned a new unit with German multi-station forming technology for PET & PP food packaging.

    Equipped with 3 multi-station forming machines, 2 PET extrusion lines, and 1 PP extrusion line. Annual capacity reached 9,000 MT — a testament to world-class precision and automation.

    2014

    Delhi NCR Sales Depot Established

    Opened a new sales depot in the Delhi NCR region to support corporate and institutional clients, improving supply chain efficiency and customer service.

    2013

    Entering the Food Packaging Industry

    Diversification & Expansion

    Established a dedicated unit for food packaging, featuring 5 thermoforming machines, 2 extrusion lines, and printing capabilities.

    Capacity grew to 3,000 MT per annum, marking our evolution into a multi-segment manufacturer.

    2008

    Doubling Capacity

    New & Larger Manufacturing Unit

    A state-of-the-art facility was established, doubling production capacity to 1,500 MT per annum and strengthening our commitment to innovation and quality.

    S. D. International → S. D. International Private Limited

    The company was converted to a Private Limited entity, marking a significant milestone in our corporate evolution and positioning us for accelerated growth and enhanced operational capabilities.

    The Beginning

    Inception of S. D. International

    Started with the manufacturing of disposable cutlery using sheet extrusion and thermoforming technology, with a production capacity of 600 MT per annum — laying the foundation for excellence in packaging.
