VINAY AGARWAL
Chairman & Managing DirectorMr. Vinay Agarwal is the Chairman & Managing Director of S. D. International Limited, a leading manufacturer of sustainable semi-rigid and rigid food packaging solutions in India. Since founding the company in 2008, he has transformed a modest manufacturing unit with an annual production capacity of 1500 MT into a technologically advanced organization with a current capacity of 18,000 MT per annum.
Driven by a vision of delivering packaging solutions that combine performance, precision, and sustainability, Mr. Agarwal has consistently focused on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from manufacturing disposable cutlery to offering a comprehensive portfolio of food packaging solutions for diverse industries.
A strong advocate of technological advancement, he has led strategic investments in world-class manufacturing infrastructure, including German multi-station thermoforming technology and Japanese automated injection molding systems with advanced In-Mold Labelling (IML). These initiatives have significantly enhanced the company's manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and operational efficiency.
In 2024, he further expanded the organization's footprint by establishing S. D. Plastoware Private Limited, extending the company's expertise into dairy packaging through advanced blow molding, injection molding, and thermoforming technologies. This expansion reflects his commitment to building a diversified, future-ready packaging enterprise.

POONAM AGARWAL
Non-executive DirectorMrs. Poonam Agarwal serves as a Non-executive Director of S. D. International Limited and was appointed to the Board with effect from 1st July 2026. She brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, analytical thinking, and a people-centric approach to the Company's leadership.
She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and has further enhanced her professional expertise through certifications in Clinical Psychology and Nutrition & Dietetics. Her diverse educational background reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning and holistic development.
As a member of the Board, Mrs. Agarwal contributes to the Company's strategic direction by promoting sound governance, ethical business practices, and sustainable growth. Her balanced perspective and focus on organizational well-being support the Company's long-term vision of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
With a keen interest in people development and organizational values, she plays an important role in strengthening the Company's culture while supporting initiatives that drive innovation, quality, and responsible business practices. VIKAS SHUKLA
Whole-time DirectorMr. Vikas Shukla is the Whole-time Director of S. D. International Limited. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and brings over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with extensive expertise in the food packaging industry.
Mr. Shukla joined the Company's Board as a Director on April-2025, contributing his strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge to the organization's strategic growth initiatives. Recognizing his leadership capabilities and valuable contribution, the Board appointed him as the Whole-time Director with effect from 1st July 2026.
In his current role, Mr. Shukla is responsible for driving the Company's sales and marketing strategy while strengthening customer relationships and expanding market presence. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements, he plays a key role in business development, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
His practical approach, customer-centric mindset, and operational expertise enable him to identify new business opportunities and support the Company's long-term vision of delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. As a member of the leadership team, he continues to contribute significantly to the Company's growth, market expansion, and organizational excellence.
HIMANSHU TIBREWAL
Independent DirectorCA. Himanshu Tibrewal serves as an Independent Director of S. D. International Limited with effect from 1 July 2026. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having earned his membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2002 (Membership No. 401553). With over 21 years of professional practice, he has established extensive expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
He has successfully carried out Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, System Audits, Due Diligence assignments, and various other assurance engagements across a diverse range of industries. His rich professional experience enables him to provide practical financial insights and strategic business solutions.
CA. Tibrewal possesses core expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Management Consultancy, Industrial Consultancy, and Corporate Advisory Services. He has been actively involved in handling matters relating to tax compliances, litigation, appeals, and advisory services under Central Excise, Service Tax, and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime.
In this role, he provides strategic guidance on financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate governance, supporting the Company's commitment to transparency, regulatory excellence, and sustainable growth. His professional expertise continues to strengthen the Company's financial framework and long-term business objectives.
B. S. Shubhram
Independent DirectorB. S. Shubhram was appointed as an Independent Director of S. D. International Limited with effect from 1 July 2026. He is a Governance, Risk, and Business Strategy professional with over 15 years of experience across banking, financial crime compliance, entrepreneurship, and institutional development.
A Management Graduate from Banaras Hindu University, he holds JAIIB and CAIIB qualifications from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS). His expertise spans corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and operational excellence.
As a member of the Board, Mr. Shubhram contributes to the Company's strategic growth by strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable long-term value creation.
SWATI SINGH
Independent DirectorSwati Singh was appointed as an Independent Director of S. D. International Limited with effect from 1st July 2026. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Master of Commerce degree. She has around 6 years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the Board, she served as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Flookup Capital Advisors Private Limited from August 2025. Earlier, she was associated with Shudh Plus Hygiene Products Private Limited as Company Secretary from April 2020 to July 2025, where she gained extensive experience in corporate and securities law compliances, regulatory filings, and liaison with statutory authorities. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Takyon Networks Limited.
As an Independent Director, Ms. Singh brings valuable expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial practices, contributing to the Company's commitment to transparency, ethical governance, and sustainable long-term growth.
